Here is the update that I promised you all last week
So I should put my ‘stats’ here as well I suppose…..
Starting weight and measurements=
Week 1 Update=
Honestly, I know it’s not alot but it feels awesome to see at least some form of loss in a week. Time to keep it going and to see what I can get done in another week.
Oh and I also forgot to mention in the video that I also have a diary of my weight loss journey which I mention what exercises I’ve done and my walks and stuff like that. Very much recommended
