Hi there everyone,
Well that didn’t last very long at all. I was good when I started but then I went away and had McDonalds for a late night snack. Albeit a Garlic Chicken Wrap and Sweet Potato chips but still, it wasn’t what I needed to have.
Then this morning as I wasn’t at my home I had a coffee, Sunkist and more coffee. Argh! However, as of 12pm I have started the juicing again. I have brought a juice that seems relatively healthy from the supermarket so I don’t have to make a juice all the time and at this current point in time I have made one of my fave smoothies to date.
This is a concoction that I made up on the fly and by christ it’s yummy.
Here’s the recipe…
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 whole banana
3/4 cup cranberry juice (I used the light version)
1 tsp. Loverr 48 hr. cleanse
1/2 cup water
And the pic is the result. I have a Magic Bullet which I used to blend the ingredients together and it’s the best smoothie I have ever made. Yum-O!!!!
Let’s see how well I do today….. (doing well so far and it’s only 1:38pm….)
