I have stopped doing the 48hr cleanse. I am just finding it uber hard to maintain the not eating aspect of it and I am always hungry……. (just the way I am wired I think) but that hasn’t stopped me from having one last smoothie.
I decided to do the Strawberry Raspberry juice but instead of the ice/stevia I added in about 3/4 cup of non fat milk and made it into a yummy smoothie.
The recipe is…
1 tsp. Loverr
1/2 Punnet Strawberries (original recipe says 1 punnet)
1/4 cup Raspberries
3/4 cup non fat milk (originally 1/2 cup ice and stevia)
I thought it was very nice and I would totally do it again yummy!!!!
So atm I’m just trying to make healthier choices and smaller portions and all that stuff. If anyone has any hints or websites or anything, please let me know.
